TRIAL CLASS CHECK-LIST
ATTIRE: shorts or females can wear yoga type pants and a tshirt
GEAR/UNIFORM: not required for your trial class but if you have gear please bring it.

Meaning, shoes for Wrestling, gloves for Boxing and gloves & shin pads for Muay Thai.
WATER: we don’t have a water fountain but do sell it in a machine

WAIVER: please fill out, sign and date (located on the front desk)
CLASS AGES: Youth Classes 5-12yo and Adult Classes start at 13yo
If you are under 18yo a parent/guardian MUST come in to the gym and fill out waiver.
Please come in 10-15 minutes early to sign waiver located on the front desk.
